Refund Policy

LIVE SEMINAR REFUND POLICY:

Refunds, minus 15% are given after the final course if the cancellation is received 14 days before the course start date. No refunds are granted after that date but fees will be credited for use toward future courses. If a course is cancelled by AIMLA, a full refund will be given. ONLINE SEMINARS:

All of our online seminars come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you begin a course and decide that it does not meet your educational needs, you may apply your registration fee towards another of our online courses. No more than 25% (thr) of the course can be completed in order to transfer. Please contact one of our customer service representatives at 937-642-9813 to begin the transfer process. Cash refunds are not included in this offer.

Courses registrations using access codes are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
