Ashley Anne Schuller, RVT is originally from Macon Ga. She was accepted into the Veterinary Technology program at Fort Valley State University in Fort Valley, Georgia in 2007. While she was working on her bachelor's degree in veterinary technology, she worked as an animal caretaker and then later as an aquaculture technician, and was very interested in working with all species of animals. She was hired in the summer of 2010 as the Zoological Medicine Technician at the University of Georgia Veterinary Teaching Hospital. She has worked under Dr. Stephen Divers and Dr. Joerg Mayer since 2010 and enjoys being able to teach veterinary students about zoological medicine. After Five years as a Zoological Medicine Technician, she plans on furthering her education in Zoological Medicine and begin the process of becoming a specialized Zoological Medicine Technician.
